There is a major outage in a data center above ours which is affecting many many servers and sites. While there is no ETA engineers are working frantically to resolve the issue, it is top priority as it is affecting way more then our business. Sorry for the trouble and thank you for your patience, will post an update here when this has been resolved.
This just in clarifies the scope of the outage though we believe the number businessess (service providers) to be significantly higher. Summary by Service Area
estimated ETA - 6:15 - 7pm CST 5:50PM PST - Some servers slowly coming back into visibility (online) Everything is now online. If you are still having any issues or trouble please open a support ticket immediate. Thank you for your patience and just to make sure we state it we are very sorry for this unfortunate event. We will develop a new technology soon to reduce the impact of such events on our network. |
