Since we have different sections and systems sometimes it is easy to get confused and/or forget how to get in. If you fail login too many times the system will firewall you by your ip address and you will need to request for us to clear it.
Easy way to remember the different sections is:
Billing System: http://billing.simplicityhosting.com (email address / password)
WHM: http://www.yourdomain/whm (username / password)
Control Panel: http://www.yourdomain/cpanel (username / password)
Mail for domain: http://webmail.yourdomain (email address / password for email)
The WHM is only for accounts that have multiple domains/accounts (reseller accounts). The Control Panel is for
each domain, with the main domain of the reseller account being able to access all domains.
