DNS Servers
If you were migrated from our old system and still have domains pointing to the old DNS Servers then when you add subdomains and other DNS related things the changes will not show up. The old Nameservers were:
ns1.hiper.net
ns2.hiper.net
ns3.hiper.net
We can make a change for you in DNS to fix anything on the fly if this is the case but eventually you should update the nameservers to those of the new system with your registrar (if it is us then please have us change it for you). The new systems DNS Nameservers are:
ns1.vatx.iohost.com
ns2.vatx.iohost.com
